Global Panorama

1. Scope
360Eye service terms is for mobile ID and product authentication service provided by Beijing Global Panorama Information Technology Co. Ltd.

2. Service
2.1 Global Panorama provides ID and product on line authentication service (hereinafter "Service") via mobile app. In order to provide the "service", Global Panorama will connect to third party database to retrieve information upon customer's query. 2.2 Global Panorama guarantees that your query only result matches the information from the third parties’ database. However, Global Panorama is not responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the third parties’ database.
2.3 Customer
  • Could not use the "service" for any illegal activity.
  • Follow China law while using the "service".
  • Must be agreed by the person before authenticating his ID card.
2.4 Global Panorama can terminate the "service" and delete the customers account without prior notice.
2.5 If customer has major voilation of the service terms, Global Panorama can delete his account without any prior notice and remain the right to claim.

3. Mobile internet traffic
The "service" will use WiFi/GPRS/3G mobile internet to connect with database and generate mobile internet traffic. Customer understand the mobile internet speed might affect the stability and response time the "service".

4. Payment
Customer need to pay CNY5 to ID5 for each ID authentication via moble phone bill. Product authentication is free.

5. Copyright
The app copyright is reserved by Global Panorama.

6. Responsibility
Global Panorama is not responsible or liable for any commercial trading or investment decisions made upon the information transmitted via the "service".

7. Service terms amendment
7.1 Global Panorama might change service terms and update new version to www.360smarteye.com.
7.2 Customer agree to accept new service terms immediately after new service terms updated.

8. Governing Law
8.1 Service terms and related claim shall be construed in accordance with law of PRC.
8.2 Any dispute related to the service terms shall be heard by court of Chaoyang District, Beijing, China.
